SocialEarn.co Review: An Online Investment Scam?

Spread the love

Hello and welcome to Wisdomganga.com. In today’s post, we’ll look into SocialEarn, an online earning service. We’ll see if it’s genuine or not. We’re sure that there must be some questions regarding this website such as what exactly is SocialEarn? Is SocialEarn fake? Is it safe to use or not?

According to the About Us section on this website, “SocialEarn is a web and mobile CPR advertising network supplying offers to Android & iOS Mobile Apps, Content Lockers, Websites, and media buyers.

Publishers are invited to use our banner, native ads, interstitial, pop under, pop up, content locking, and other niche tools to monetize their website and desktop traffic.”

What is SocialEarn?

SocialEarn as per the website says is an India-based Cost Per Referral (CPR) advertising firm that provides a “Get Paid for Referral Link” service. For referral advertisements, we have major companies in our network.

Earn money by sharing your referral link with your friends and family. Work part-time and earn money with online jobs such as:

  • Data entry
  • Survey filling
  • Captcha completing
  • Referral Commission

The use of the sign-up bonus is very old among scam websites. It is one of the methods to get the attention of the people and lure them to work on their website.

We don’t want to demotivate anybody here but the reality check is always hard. The work all the scam sites offer is always easy like, filling the forms, data entry, completing Captchas, and similar work that requires no genuine knowledge or skill.

All these are nothing but an illusion created by our mind because somewhere deep down in our subconscious mind we wanted the site to be true and our mind just provides an explanation for that.

Red Flags Found on SocialEarn

1. Owner Information Unavailable

SocialEarn’s owner is unknown to the public. It is almost impossible to find who is truly running a website if it does not provide information about its owner and operator on its official website.

For the fear of being caught, scammers hide their personal information and identities. The owner’s information is not available on the website.

It signifies that no one knows who is behind this website. This is one of the most prevalent features of a fraudulent website.

2. Zero transparency

To register yourself on this website, SocialEarn asks many questions. You have to verify your phone number. The verification is done to know whether their member is a real person or some bot.

It means SocialEarn needs information about its members. But Rupee4click doesn’t want to share its own information with its members. We didn’t find any information on its owner or any parent company.

The absence of information shows that transparency on this website is ‘zero’. Any company which shows zero transparency is never good for anything.

They have also guarded or protected their information in WHOIS records. This feature is always found on scam websites. They hide because they know and understand their work is illegal.

If you get employed offline, don’t you try to know about the person who is paying you? The same thing has to be done on the internet. If an employer hides his/her identity then don’t work there, no matter how lucrative the offer is.

3. Easy work or Task

SocialEarn as it states has been providing people with simple tasks such as Data entry, Survey filling, Captcha completing and Referral Commission. No genuine work from home job providers gives such easy tasks to their employees.

Scammers have long preyed on work-at-home opportunities. However, in the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, they’ve recently become even more dangerous targets. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has resulted in many people losing their jobs.

Finding a new job can be tough, especially because many non-essential firms have had to cut hours and reduce employees.

Scammers are acutely aware of the fact that some job applicants are desperate for work, and they will take advantage of this reality while recruiting new employees.

4. Connecting New People Is Their Motto

There is nothing genuine about this website for which people come to this site. Therefore, scammers offered unrealistic offers to lure people and get their attention as well as money and information.

Every business or company that offers jobs, must have a sustainable or profitable business. It can only happen when the company has some real business that is really profitable for them.

But on the SocialEarn site, they don’t have any real work to offer. The offer to bring new people using your social media is not a job or any real work. It means the Rupee4click site has no real work or business.

The offers of SocialEarn are too good. Unrealistic offers are promised on this site which doesn’t have any sustainable business or work to offer to its members.

The affiliate program is genuinely used on those sites which have some services or products to sell. If a site is willing to pay you without any sale then that site is nothing but a scam.

It is because a business can only be sustained if it acquires profit. The profit will come only after the sale. Since there is no sale on the SocialEarn site, there will be no payment as well. You will work for weeks maybe months just to experience that this site is a scam.

5. The Referral Work

The genuine referral method works the same way as mentioned on the SocialEarn site but with some differences. A company like ‘Uber’ is a Cab service app. They offer its member to get $5 for every referral who downloads the app.

We all know that Uber Company’s real business is not bringing more people to their app. Their real work is to increase the ride of their cab service. In short, they do have a genuine business of providing service to people which is profitable for them.

Companies use ‘referral’ as a ‘promotional method’. Where company promote their product or service by incentivizing people for their mouth-to-mouth publicity.

But nobody pays a single penny for just clicking the link. It is the unrealistic scenario offered by scammers.

The SocialEarn doesn’t have any real business. The work they are offering is of no use. Also, you bring other people to do the absurd tasks. In short, SocialEarn is a scam site that promises stars but their work is full of darkness.

6. Data Security Is A concern

The SocialEarn site uses its member’s information to sell it to some third party or use it for some unscrupulous purpose.

They want people to use their social media accounts for referring to their site by which they can steal the information of others as well.

Therefore, it is always said that never share your information with any site about whom much information is not available.

7. Content is Copied

Every site is unique in the eyes of Search Engines. It means it doesn’t matter if one person owns one or more websites. Each and every website must contain unique content that helps the site to get a good ranking in the Search Engines like Google, Bing, etc.

The SocialEarn site has used the content of some other website which is also not a good website. Points like this are very subtle to understand and notice. We need an open mind to understand this point.

It is not okay to use any other website content, especially from a business point of view. Scammers don’t put much effort to create a website. They just copy the content and publish the website with good deals.

Most people just see the deals and fall into their trap without checking the background. Using the content of some other site ‘Rupee4click’ is nothing but a fake website.

Images present on the website are also copied. Just use any plagiarism checking tool available online for free, to know whether the content is copied or not.

Also, you can google search the images present on SocialEarn to know other websites having similar offers and images.

8. Unprofessional User Interface

At SocialEarn, They have arranged the items in an incorrect pattern, which is frequent among fake websites. Since scammers run a number of such websites and whenever the function of one such portal is fulfilled. They will launch a new one with a different name.

9. Security Measures

There are no security measures present on the SocialEarn site, except for an SSL certificate. The security of the site is very important in present times.

It is because every year many hackers try to get the data of big companies or sites.

To prevent such hacking incidents and customer data (i.e. you), a site needs proper security measures. But on SocialEarn no such security measures are needed because it is capable of misusing people’s data on its own.

10. No Contact Details Provided

If someone needs to contact SocialEarn for something, they can send an email to them as there is no information provided.  It’s a one-way contract.

There is no assurance that you will receive a single response if you send them a message or an enquiry. It is impossible to communicate with them in any way.

Check out the contacts area of a new website while you’re there. If the email address isn’t accompanied by a physical address or a phone number, there are a lot of chances that the website is fake.

11. Domain Age Is New

On the homepage of SocialEarn, the website states that they have been in this business for the past three years. Whereas its domain age is less than 2 years. It was registered on November 20th, 2020. This factor brings it a step closer to being a scam.

Though the domain age of a website isn’t the most important factor to determine its legitimacy It’s safe to assume that older domains will be safer and more successful than fresher ones.

12. The Salary Offered Is Exceptionally High

SocialEarn’s salary is significantly higher than what is typical in the business. Any such job being offered without any expectation should raise your suspicions. This is a common trait among such websites.

14. Domain Registrar of SocialEarn is popular Amongst Scammers

The domain registrar of SocialEarn is popular among other scam websites. Hence, this website can’t be categorized as a safe job providing platform

15. What is the Domain Registrar of a website?

A domain name registrar is an organization that operates domain name reservations as well as IP address assignments for certain domain names. Google’s domain name is ‘google.com,’ and its IP address is 192.168.1.1.

Domain names are alphanumeric aliases used to access websites; for example, Google’s domain name is ‘google.com,’ and their IP address is 192.168.1.1. Without having to know and enter numeric IP addresses, domain names make it easier to visit websites.
